Welcome to WorkFromHaven, a coworking space operated by Jayaraj Spaceworks ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Membership and Services
1.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of WorkFromHaven or to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter into legally binding contracts.
1.2 Membership Plans:
We offer various membership plans, including but not limited to monthly and yearly plans for coworking desk spaces, lounge access, premium private cabins, and other facilities. Details of each plan, including pricing, benefits, and features, are available on our Site.
1.3 Registration:
To use certain features of our Site and services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. Use of the Site and Services
2.1 Acceptable Use:
You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or our services.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to:

3. Payments
3.1 Payment Terms:
All fees for membership plans and services must be paid in advance. Payments can be made through the payment methods available on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
3.2 Late Payments:
If your payment method is declined or if a payment is otherwise late, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to our services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by Members:
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to us via email or through your account on the Site. Your membership will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
4.2 Refund Policy:
If you cancel any of your membership for any of our spaces, all refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of all documentation.
4.3 No Refunds for Services Rendered:
We do not provide refunds for services that have already been rendered. Any partial use of a membership plan will be billed in full, and no prorated refunds will be provided.
4.4 Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel your membership or access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership:
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jayaraj Spaceworks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and our services for your personal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayaraj Spaceworks, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian government, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site or our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If such negotiations fail, any dispute arising shall be subject to Tiruchirapalli jurisdiction.
